Falling Down

from Falling Down by Metrophobia

/

about

Another track where Metrophobia express their sympathy for songs that talk about broken hearts. On this occasion, it’s about the feeling of having your hands tied when you see the person you love walking away from
your life.

lyrics

Not a day goes by
That you are not in my mind
Let’s take this extra time
Maybe this time we’ll be alright

Strange medicine
Reminds me of you every time I bleed
I need a reason tonight
To get me through this desperate time

In my mind there’s no sun
In my mind I’m falling down

When I say goodbye
I want you to change my mind
I see hope when you smile
I can feel it deep inside

Strange medicine
Reminds me of you every time I bleed
I need a reason tonight
To get me through this desperate time

In my mind there’s no sun
In my mind I’m falling down

about

Metrophobia Switzerland

Metrophobia are a Swiss duo (Mark Gmür & José Garrido).

Well-rounded songs, good melodies and a slightly dark production gives them a very distinctive and personal sound.

The songs have rock solid roots, with sweet and light melodies, leaving an aftertaste of bands like Pixies, Teenage Fanclub, Bivouac, Dinosaur Jr, Catherine Wheel, Ride. We even find some reminiscence of the early Lo-Fi scene.
